National Milk Bar

National Milk Bar deliver a sublime, driving slice of electronic pop, drawing on sounds of Depeche Mode, The Human League but still sounding utterly fresh and contemporary. NMB have worked closely with Paul from Unit 3. Helping mix, master and even co-writing one of the tracks from their 2nd Album 'Electro/Cute'.

Instincts Take Over

Instincts Take Over are a 5-piece band from here in the South West with members from Devon and Cornwall. Their set is mainly original material. They have a reputation for high energy Pop-Punk-Indie that draws from Ska, Soul, Blues and Reggae. Part of this video was filmed here at Unit 3.

The Specialized Allstars

The Specialized Allstars with Paul who scored music and distributed far and wide. With musicians from England, Wales, Australia, America, Finland, France, Argentina, Panama and Switzerland the I s a fantastic example of collaborative recording

The Skapones

the Skapones are a 2Tone Ska band based in the Tees Valley. Formed in 2013 the band have supported acts like Bad Manner, The Lambrettas, The Beat.... and many more. They have also recorded tracks for the Specialized Project, which is a social enterprise, helping young people in difficult circumstances. Paul from Unit 3 is closely associated with this project also.

The Salads

Three of the band members grew up in the punk era. Rhythm guitarist Chris had his first successful punk band 'The Filth' back in 1978 - they were played on John Peel's radio show. The Salads have also had two great gigs with Captain Sensible from The Dammed. With the revival of punk in the last few years The Salads pull a big crowd with their original music.
